Ambient Village is a collective of Producers, Song Writers, Cultural Innovators, and Emcees. The group consists of 4 members. There's TxR “the abstract”, Othelle “the poet”, B-Rye “the musician”, and Destin Mai “the future”. TxR and Othelle have been rapping and producing for +10 years, TxR specializing in chopping samples and complex african inspired drums, Othelle specializing in analog instruments such as electric bass and guitar. B-Rye is a very talented multi-instrumentalist, He is usually the one behind all of the expressive guitar solos and soul moving bass riffs that you may hear throughout all of the songs created by Ambient Village. Destin Mai being the youngest of the group, brings a new age energy to the group. His mixture of neo-soul chords and heavy hitting 808's makes it so his beats transcend all generations. Once you fuse all of these contrasting elements together... you get the AMBIENT VILLAGE!!!
